The EnergyDays: video report

The EnergyDays: video report More than a hundred people attended the EnergyDays, held on 27 October 2016 at TU/e. Main topic of the program was Metal Fuels. The EnergyDays are organized for a broad audience from within and outside Eindhoven University of Technology in order to disseminate knowledge, stir discussions, and address energy issues for society. Different keynote speakers from academia and industry presented their views, solutions and outlooks so that current developments in the field can be understood and put into perspective. The program was introduced by Laetitia Ouillet, director Strategic Area Energy, and prof. Niels Deen, chair of the multiphase and reactive flow research group, both at TU/e. The program included three guest presentations by: • prof. Jeff Bergthorson of McGill University (Montreal, Canada), • dr. Yuriy Shoshin of TU/e • dr. John van der Schaaf of TU/e The EnergyDays was concluded with a vivid panel discussion and drinks afterwards.
